Role and responsibilities: *
Kiwico is looking for an experienced creative producer or project manager to own the production calendar and workflow for our in-house photo & video teamThe ideal candidate is able to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams across marketing, content, editorial, graphic design, and product designThey’re able to balance project priorities and scope in order to build out timelines and meet pressing deadlines, all, while overseeing the day-to-day operations and deliverables.
Lead communication with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver on monthly photo & video requestsManage briefing, development, and delivery of monthly photo & video requests with cross-functional teamsFacilitates project-related team meetings (i.eKick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicates action steps to the broader team.
Manage the prioritization, scope and production of in-house studio projects from end-to-end and develop new methods to streamline and increase velocity.
Manage all creative productions & photoshoots, everything from one-off mini shoots to multiple-day long shoots, including, but not limited to scheduling, budgeting, equipment, set design/props, and labor hours .
Build and manage a network of kid models including recruitment, booking, and securing talent releasesConnect with families and represent the brand.
Liaison with external ad agencies, production partners, and freelancers as needed to scale production.
Ideate and implement systems to scale our growing photo & video team including implementation of asset management process, best practices, and creative studio management.
Schedule and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
5+ years of experiencePast work in creative production, project management, or with an ad agency.
Creative intuitionStrong visual eye that can identify creative that resonates with our brand and consumer.
Strong organizational skillsAdept at project management tools ieAirtable, asana, etcPlus, the ability to adapt to change and stay nimble under tight deadlines.
ThoughtfulCare deeply about the quality of your work and how it impacts customers and brand.
Photo & video knowledgeHands-on photography, videography, or video editing experience is a bonus.
