Kingspan insulation has a new opportunity for a territory sales manager for the midwestThis position is responsible for developing, selling, and maintaining accounts in order to sell the company’s products to the customer, and meet monthly sales goals for assigned territory.

Key duties include:
Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment.
Develops and implements new/special market programs when needed.
Evaluates potential business for existing and new markets.
Demonstrates products to customers on a regular and consistent basis.
Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Meets the customers` needs while following company policies/procedures.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products.
Daily travel required; 15% - 20% (3-4 nights/month) of that travel is overnight.
Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in natureOther duties may be assigned.
Qualifications: education and/or experience: bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus at least 3-4 years of outside business to business sales experience in building products/insulation; or high school diploma or ged plus 6-8 years of outside business to business sales experience in building products/insulation; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities.
Strong selling techniques; ability to build strong partnerships and close sales.
Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices for both new construction and remodeling.
Strong communication skills, effective interpersonal and problem solving ability.
Experience with business computer applications (microsoft office).
Sap and ms dynamics, or similar erp and crm software experience.
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong communication skills, effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Valid driver`s license with record clean enough to be acceptable to our insurance carrier.
Must be able to:
Travel overnight as needed.
Maintain a high level of interpersonal skills.
Effectively interact with management, business group, customers, and vendors.
Make decisions, exercise judgment, and interface effectively with all levels of staff.
Work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
