As a jr digital marketing manager, you will work closely with the digital marketing director, visual identity team and outside agency partners to execute a brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across all paid, owned and earned digital channels.
Projects span across social media, influencer, email, blog, seo and sem to drive brand and revenue growth for our direct-to-consumer website as well as digital marketing initiatives to support our retailer partners.
Develop and execute organic social media calendar for all owned channels, including but not limited to facebook, instagram, pinterest, youtube and tiktok Community management for owned social channels, engaging with the community and escalating any issues to customer service to address Coordinate and manage giveaways with brands and/or micro influencers on social and fulfill prizes accordingly Build and deploy marketing emails in email platform, klaviyo Maintain monthly reports and kpis for organic social and email platforms and share results with director and team Assist director on execution of paid campaigns with digital marketing agency Assist director on paid campaigns for retail partners Assist director on execution of review generation sampling program Communicate launch of promotions with cross functional teams Update national marketing calendar as needed Identify and share digital trends, insights and best practices Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Bs / bba in marketing 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing Passion for all things digital Experience with social media platforms facebook, instagram, pinterest, tiktok and youtube Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
