About this role and the work
The roles will fit someone who:
Partners with sales enablement lead to uncover business needs, and design training solutions to address these needs, and launch and measure the success of those solutions
Manages cross-functional efforts that impact the sales team while effectively executing against defined plans
Creates and manages the development and delivery of knowledge, skills, and process training for the sales team
Owns and executing training events and occasional onsite meetings
Develops sales enablement training strategies and content (such as sales playbooks, sales presentations, sales collateral, personas, journey mapping, etc.), ensuring that the most up-to-date and accurate product knowledge, positioning, and messaging is being leveraged in enablement materials, and in the field
Ensures consistency and creates alignment across sales and gtm teamsHelps develop project communications and internal announcements strategies to ensure solutions are consistently & accurately communicated across a number of internal and external touchpoints
Develops new hire onboarding programs that decrease ramp time of incoming reps and partner with onboarding program managers to ensure success
Evolves our document management system to keep up with the needs of the team
Attends calls with managers and reps to understand the `field reality` and build enablement deliverables that align with the customer journey
Works on competitive positioning and oversee that karbon is appropriately incorporated into cross-functional initiatives
Creates effective training and enablement content, leveraging our technology stack
You have:
Ideally 1-2 years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales strategy for a saas company
1+ years in saas product marketing specifically focused on refining sales messaging and positioning
Confidence with building sales assets
A desire to host live training sessions for sales members
Ability to communicate deliverables regularly; have project management and content creation expertise
A drive to execute, seek lasting impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small with an ownership mentality
An understanding of the sales process and can ascertain strengths/weaknesses in sellers
Familiarity with working independently and managing distributed teams to metric driven programs
Flexibility and can pivot quickly when needed
Prior experience with sales tools, e.gSalesforce, chorus, outreach
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual), with an ability to communicate and distill complex concepts into clear and meaningful outputs for all levels
A love for partnering; understands that organizations are made up of very different parts and can influence others and co-pilot cross-team initiatives
Experience with executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Competency with leveraging standard learning creation tools and knowledge management tools to create effective learning programs
Bonus: experience with implementing/using an lms
