We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager with experience in an early-stage startup. This role is a unique opportunity to own, define, and execute the roadmap for a significant part of our data platform. The data platform enables all software products and business functions at Kalderos and is core to the business’s strategy and success. Specifically, the platform acquires, ingests, and analyzes over 100M claims to identify tens of millions in pharmaceutical non-compliance each year.
What Impact You’ll Have:Scale our data platform capabilities to unlock new product lines. As Kalderos looks to expand its product offerings, this role will lead the design and development of the underlying capabilities that enable our new solutions. You’ll work closely with data management and data engineering teams to identify required datasets, platform logic, and infrastructure that set the industry standard for drug discount platforms.
Refine our machine-learning solutions. You will work with engineers & data scientists to test and improve our machine-learning models, including identification and integration of new data features for higher predictive power.
Own data product strategy and execution. You will own the short-term and long-term product strategy for our data platform solution and drive cross-functional execution from discovery to delivery.
What You'll Bring:-
3-5 years experience in product management with progressively increasing responsibility, preferably as a data or technical product manager

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in quantitative field preferred or equivalent demonstrated experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience

Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail and an emphasis on structured problem-solving

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

Strong command of data analysis tools beyond Excel (e.g. SQL, Python, R, and/or other)

Extreme Ownership - You have shipped products from concept to delivery many times with demonstrated experience taking on additional product scope if that was necessary to ensure your product's success

Thrive in Ambiguity - You have experience and desire to work in a growth stage VC-backed startup. You are familiar with the high velocity, volume, ambiguity of work and see it as an opportunity to drive outsized impact

Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000
