Administer all aspects of sailpoint and customize the application according to defined iam business requirementsThis includes serving as the primary technical poc for integration of sailpoint with servicenow.
Perform application onboarding for built-in and custom connectors for provisioning and develop or configure the integration of applications on the sailpoint platform, for both connected and disconnected applications.
Perform sailpoint onboarding of multiple upcoming cloud-based applications for identity provisioning and additional integration with servicenow.
Perform sailpoint integration with various identity source applications in order to further develop an authoritative identity cube.
Assist business analyst with development of iam roadmap for sailpoint and integration with servicenow to enhance itil best practices related to service management, incident management, problem management and change management.
Build an application catalog in sailpoint and configure and execute periodic entitlement reviews/certifications with sailpointThis will require development of the identity certification process and configuration within sailpoint.
Perform systems/application administration duties including application upgrades, security updates, application management, alerting, monitoring, maintenance, performance tuning, secure user management, delegation of roles, documentation of system configurations, sql maintenance, back-up/failover, and ha design.
Resolve day-to-day application environment technical issues, including troubleshooting of auxiliary components such as sql server or underling support infrastructure.
Train staff as needed on use of sailpoint including development of all application documentation such as design documents, administrator guides, training materials and how-to guides.
Work on day-to-day implementation and management of assigned delivery order projects, either independently or with assigned teams of programmers, trainers, and and other information system and management professionals.
Identify, organize, direct, coordinate, and report the status of planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.
Plan, conduct and direct the analysis of it problems, and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and recommending it systems solutions to specific situations to improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management.
Analyze, evaluate, and/or make recommendations for improvement in the efficiency of internal processes, administrative operations, organizations, or management.
May perform work that supports a wide range of it management activities including strategic planning, capital planning and investment control, workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, architecture and infrastructure planning and management, and auditing.
Assist in the development of directives and the design, development, documentation, and implementation of applications.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.
Plan daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.

Education and certifications:
Bachelor’s degree (bs/ba) from a four-year college or university is preferred and/or minimum of 5 years’ experience with it systems administration.
Desired certifications: itil v3/2011 foundations, sailpoint certified identitynow engineer, sailpoint certified identityiq engineer, sailpoint certified identityiq architect.
Work experience, knowledge, skills & abilities:
Three+ years of experience with sailpoint identityiq administration.
Three+ years of experience with sailpoint identityiq implementations.
Three+ years of experience with sailpoint identity provisioning and certification modules.
Experience with sql server.
Experience with active directory domain services (ad, azure ad).
Experience with sailpoint and servicenow integration.
Experience with powershell and visual basic scripting is a plus.
Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written).
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience administering windows servers and underlying application components such as sql, iis, etc.
A demonstrated proficiency in microsoft windows/office and microsoft project.
Ability to resolve difficult or challenging problems within the assistance of senior support or the use of outside software analysis support.
Ability to work independently within a team environment.
Ability to pass a background security check.
Able to obtain a public trust security clearance.
