Position purpose the primary purpose of the sales recruiter is to build and maintain relationships with potential loan originators and sales managers, loan originator and sales managersPartner with keller and jv leadership to ensure hiring needs are understood and metWork with candidates to collect detailed origination experience, product knowledge and production levelsOnce screened, work with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, work through offer terms and produce offer through standard hr process.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Partner/ consult with hiring managers to clearly identify expectations and qualifications needed 2
Proactively source candidates through internal and external networking, social media data mining and other tactics to identify top talent
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified mortgage professionals
Utilize multiple recruiting channels and sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Work with candidates and hr team on timely completion of application and background check consent forms
Attend company and industry events when needed
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices
Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking system on all candidates and positions recruited
Manage communication process between candidate, hr and hiring manager(s)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hr information
Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants
Consult, negotiate, and advise hiring managers and jv managers on competitive hiring terms for each offer.
