Korn ferry is searching for a talent acquisition i&d sourcing strategist.
As a member of korn ferry, the sourcing strategist will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clientsThis role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activitiesThe sourcing strategist is the subject matter expert around diversity and inclusion initiatives, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Provide strategic direction (design, implementation, and alignment) of diversity and inclusion initiatives to best support clients i and d goals. Participate in intake calls and contribute insight on specific i and d recruitment strategy with both the hm and recruiter. Train ta team on relevant tools and technology to which can be leveraged to meet client’s i&d goals. Effectively partner and collaborate with client to help drive diversity sourcing strategy as well as work to identify areas of opportunity and assess utilization reports. Communicate new sourcing strategies, targeted events and marketing campaigns focused on i&d with ta team. Remain update to date on industry trends and market intel and analytics as it relates to diversity, and consistently cascade findings out to greater team. Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and i&d hiring. Work with reporting analyst to monitor and track recruitment diversity data and present results on monthly and quarterly basis to identify trends, progress and further areas of opportunity. Identify top talent through various channels for challenging high profile roles. Solid experience in strategic passive sourcing Experience contributing to highly collaborative, team focused environment Participate in networking/social media events Build diverse candidate pipeline/talent pools.
Skills and experience:
4-6 years of strong i&d sourcing experience, solid relationships built with diverse resources. A passion for sourcing and discovering talentProven experience with developing successful and innovative recruitment strategies specifically engaging diverse talent. Ability to think creatively to find and attract the best talent in the market. Experience attending, i&d-related webinars and events creating newsletters, providing market intel. Preferred experience within the life sciences space
