Kor financial is a young company with a big vision for disruption in the institutional financial service industry and a plan to make it happenWe`re looking for a point person to handle all things designIn this role, you`ll be responsible for executing our established ui/ux design system and creating our marketing brand kit in both digital and offline formatsWe are looking for a talented designer not afraid to stretch themselves as you will be a member of our core foundational team helping to shape the future of our product and brand image.
The right candidate will be a natural learner that can handle the complexity of enterprise software in the financial sector as well as helping to convey our brand identityWe can empower and support the right individual to grow with us and realize your full potential - as the role offers incredible upside to grow with our company.
You’ll spend your time
Establishing our brand presence online by creating and maintaining a dynamic product website
Shaping our product, through prototyping and usability testing
Ensuring brand standards in both product and marketing initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement the right user interactions and workflows
Delivering artifacts with a high level of attention to detail and craft
You should apply if you
Have a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends
Can demonstrate work process methodology including wireframes/ mockups, design explorations, and workflows
Have the ability to single-handily execute creative work, independently and remotely
Are agile and enjoy the speed of a fast-paced, highly engaged startup environment
Have flawless written english, and you`re confident running customer-facing communications
Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial design and web experience (html5, css3, and javascript)
Are an expert in adobe creative cloud, knowledge of figma is a plus
We’d especially love to hear from you if you
Come from an agency background looking to take your talents to a product company
Have extensive experience with designing to improve activation
Are knowledgable with enterprise apps or saas apps with complex interactions
You can demonstrate experience in working from vague briefs, can ask strategic clarifying questions around those briefs in order to deliver high quality, design artifacts
Have an interest in finance, saas platforms, and disruptive players
