As a senior corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of full life cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing to issuing job offersIn this position, you are a true business partner and actively work to become a subject matter expert in the areas of business you supportAs a senior corporate recruiter, you are charged with identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent into all areas of the organization setting a high bar for performance, potential, and culture.

Duties and responsibilities
Continuously exhibit and uphold core values of integrity, accountability, communication and teamwork, innovation and customer service Prepare job requisition forms and obtain required approvals. Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and best recruiting strategy for each requisition Prepare interview guides and interview evaluations based on key competencies of open position Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, and make recommendations to hiring manager Negotiate salaries, bonuses, and relocation packages for all offers. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally. Create contacts within industry Attend local professional meetings and membership design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs such as internships, college recruiting and employee referral bonus programs Communicate employment information to candidates including compensation, benefits information, company value proposition, etc… Use traditional and non-traditional resources (i.eCareer fairs, online job fairs, linkedin, community network events, etc…) to identify and attract quality candidates Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers to ensure achievement of staffing goals Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations and internal policies Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system Maintain membership and affiliation with trade/professional organizations related to the industry. Proactively pipeline quality talent, continuouslyMaintain regular contact with possible future candidates. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally Develop, implement, and execute college recruiting plans in partnership with hr manager Oversee napslo intern program Stay abreast of recruiting trends through professional publications and make recommendations to hr manager Track recruiting metrics via adp, linkedin, manager feedback surveys and other sources and report results to hr management team Mentor and assist other recruiters to successfully fill requisitions Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business practices to ensure compliance with eeoc, federal and state laws Maintain compliance with sarbanes oxley key controls related to the recruiting function Post jobs via adp and other sites, schedule, and coordinate interviews, maintain job files, update ats throughout lifecycle of requisition, administer assessments, draft offer letters and perform all other recruiting administrative functions Perform other special projects as assigned

Experience and education
