• meet with homebuyers either in person or by phone to complete loan applications and review loan programs• discuss pre-qualifications and program option with borrowers• attend weekly backlog meetings to review loan status and build strong, high trust relationships• proactively communicate with borrowers• input complete and accurate loan applications in the system• lock customers and communicate rates effectively• attend sales meeting and pre-construction meetings• create and manage high trust relationships with the homebuilder and operations partnersAdditional consideration will be given to individuals possessing quality management experience, e.g., training and participation on teams, etc.
Technical/professional knowledge (knowledge/skills, education and experience):
• 1-3 years mlo experience with homebuilder background preferred• applicable nmls and state license requirements completed in state of hire• high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred• encompass and blend systems experience preferred• excellent written and verbal communication skills• excellent sales skills• proven track record in providing exceptional service and problem-solving in a positive manner to internal and external customersA sincere desire to serve others• proven success in improving processes and services within and outside of department.
