Position purpose
This critical position will be part of a client facing team that supports several large financial service firms in the wealth management industryThe role will establish and maintain internal relationships and, more importantly, establish and maintain external client relationships that drive client and customer satisfactionYou will be part of the client services organization and will be responsible with working with a team to manage client inquiries, manage client specific projects, and lead client facing callsIn addition, the role requires you to work with internal teams to review, analyze, and provide clients with consultative solutions that address their business needs.
Key responsibilities
Develop and/or maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
Research complex customer and internal inquiries using existing company resources.
Respond to technical and product inquiries as the first level of support.
Understand client needs and effectively gather requirements for product enhancement requests.
Maintain / update customer profile information.
Provides customer-specific reports.
Communicate effectively through systems, e-mail, telephone, and in person as appropriate.
Analyze existing reports, system information and error documentation to identify sensitive client impact.
Proposes action plans to reduce specific client impact.
Creatively, accurately, and consistently gather data through effective steps.
Deliver completed tasks on time with minimal supervision.
Grasp new ideas, techniques, and insights relative to the assignment.
Excellent insight and knowledge of apl application including scenario-based training and testing.
Keen ability to understand the business landscape and identify efficiencies with the client that help further drive business.
Excellent project management skills in establishing work and project schedules and producing quality outcomes.
Ability to independently manage client’s overall portfolio of work (projects and other initiatives).
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 + years of financial services experience
Experience and knowledge in financial services/wealth management industry
Strong verbal communication skills
Analysis/problem solving
Strong relationship management skills
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of apl, word, excel, powerpoint, and access.
