Required minimum qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (ged) or equivalent experience as a customer service representative
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in english
Ability to communicate in a calm, professional manner to a diverse audience
Ilg associates from other departments
Ability in microsoft office suite applications
“smart” mobile phone with ringcentral app functionality
Hi-speed internet connection
Erp experience (sap, oracle, rfms, etc…)
Job-management software/applications (monday.com, smartsheet, etc.)
Experience in the flooring industry
Bi-lingual speaker (english/spanish)
This position is a remote position that is performed at the csr-remote’s homeInter-branch and/or offsite meetings on occasion require vehicular travelMost of the day will be spent in a sitting position, with frequent use of computer and phone equipmentOccasional site visits to residential and/or commercial construction jobsites requiring the use of ppe should be expected.
