RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for identifying, developing, creating and expanding revenue opportunities with net new client accounts through leading ad agencies and holding groups.
Report to the Agency Sales Manager and be expected to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals by planning and executing successful sales within agencies.
Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in CRM (Salesforce).
SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus is on acquisition of new agencies and agency clients for the Integrate platform and products
Consistently meet and exceed individual quarterly Key Performance Indicators
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals with a high degree of passion, intelligence, and overall quality.
Leverage internal sales, customer and product resources and teams on client calls and meetings
Maintain expert knowledge of Integrates’ platform and solutions with the ability to convey expertise to prospects and clients.
Create and drive revenue through existing relationships, professional networking, partners/agencies and dedicated prospecting
Develop and execute a monthly business plan to grow business
Consult with clients and provide advice on their B2B demand generation, marketing tech and data/analytics strategy and approach
Based on client discovery and identified business value alignment, present recommendations on how to best utilize the Integrate platform via f2f, phone and online discussions
Own the sales cycle utilizing Integrate’s proven Customer Success sales process — from prospecting to discovery to customer agreement to customer advocacy
Engage with agency prospects with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and follow-up
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in proper partnership with key supporting functions to achieve win-win results. (Special focus on relationship with Finance, Legal, HR, Campaign Services, Customer Success)
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TEAM?
Relevant experience – 5-10 years experience in B2B media and agency sales. B2B Tech Agency contacts are ideal to hit the ground running. Martech SaaS experience a plus.
Highly motivated and results-driven, a recent track record of quota overachievement
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly analytical and comfortable with digital marketing practices.
Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed targets.
Experience in presenting to senior management of prospect organizations.
Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer objections.
Experience of working with SaaS data-driven analytics solutions
An understanding of current digital ad technologies and online marketing including display advertising, lead generation, Social, Email Marketing, and data solutions.
