The successful candidate will be able to work fully remote in the us or can report into one of our physical offices located in conshohocken, pa, morrisville, nc or columbus, ohio.
We are looking for a client manager to join our sales team, where you will focus on selling our highly successful accel product to small and medium life sciences companiesAccel is our cloud sce (statistical computing environment) product, which is integral in enabling our clients to gather, analyze and submit data documents to the fdaThis product gives us the competitive advantage, due to the short turnaround time to implement, whilst also including maintenance and support.

O gather a clear understanding of customer’s business and requirements
O prospect into new accounts to find new business
O maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
O negotiate terms of agreement and close sales
O meet sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
O manage and prospect in existing accounts
O develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline
O collaborative with practice management to set proper expectations with customers
O travel to client sites where required.
O exposure working in pharma / biotech / life science industry in a sales capacity
O ability to learn and sell complex sales propositions, manage complex sales cycles
O strong analytical and problem-solving skills
O excellent written and verbal communication skills, with effective listening when in discussion with customers and internal team members.
