What you’ll do at insight:
Develop and direct activities to execute sales strategies and successfully achieve revenue and gross profit goalsEstablish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Lead and manage the services sales efforts, performance managing staff to a specific sales quota, coaching, team building, goal setting and professional developmentOverall, you’ll provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
Develop, maintain and improve – you’ll build business relationships with clients and valued partners of insightDirectly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and systems.
Recruit, hire, manage and develop a world-class sales team
What you’ll need to join insight:
10+ years of selling enterprise it services (e.gProfessional, consulting, managed)
Expert knowledge of end user computing technologies and associated outsourcing and professional services
Deep experience selling it outsourcing services, with multi-million dollar and multi-year contracts.
Prior management experience handling a team producing $100 million+ in sales for professional, consulting and outsourcing services excluding hardware or software sales
