We are looking for a clinical solutions consultant within the growth strategy team at innovaccer to serve as the clinical subject matter expert for a variety of health care segments leveraging population health analytics to drive value.
A day in the life
Drive sales with expertise, client management skills, sales ability, and exceptional customer focus where prospective clients will include health systems, provider groups, cins, aco’s, msos, payers, employers & life sciences, clients.
Work closely with sales and products to define appropriate solutions for customers’ business issues and objectives.
Present innovaccer value proposition, demonstrate innovaccer products, have strategic discussions about innovaccer solutions using a consultative selling approach to drive deals forward.
Guide analysts and solution consultants in india to develop required collaterals (presentations, proposals, case studies, sows, etc) to support sales conversations with clients.
Use healthcare industry knowledge and population health expertise to influence innovaccer’s product roadmap and help define the value story for innovaccer solutions for clients.
Operate cross-functionally with the customer experience and value engineering teams to create collateral that drives product builds and requirement gathering.
Support customer clinical transformation, value capture and certification efforts
What you need
5+ years healthcare/vbc/population health type experience with a top strategy consulting firm like mckinsey, bcg, bain, at kearney, deloitte, accenture, pwc..
8+ years of progressive leadership experience within a health system, health plan, provider organizations aco, mso managing clinical and population health management programs, value-based care and/or quality initiatives.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise and/or experience in a few of these areas: medicare advantage, clinically integrated networks, managed care regulations, quality reporting, care management, population management, aco strategy implementation and operations, value-based care contracts, supporting providers in risk-based contracts, patient-centred medical home (pcmh), innovative models of value-based care, alternative payment models, including acos, cins, cpc+, bpcis.
8+ years as practising bsn rn, ideally with active, nationally-recognized cm credentials such as ccm.
Experience in physician leadership engagement, clinical practice transformation and care delivery model design and execution.
Contracting or strategic management experience.
Ability to operate independently and lead complex client interactions from c-level to the operational level.
Ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple projects independently and effectively.
Exceptional client-facing presentation skills.
Extensive knowledge of the u.sHealthcare system.
Experience in software and technology sales is a huge plus.
Humble demeanour, problem-solving team player.
Willing to travel frequently to client sites for all phases of innovaccer || client journey (pre-sales presentations, implementation assessment & planning, client-facing training and support, rca support
