Client Services Executive
Be the first contact point to our global customer base as Service Coordinator to liaison between the client and the engineers .
As a Client Services Executive you will :
Be the primary and first point of contact and lead for client support inquiries and requests Ensure that the service requests are handled and attended within the agreed SLAs & follow - up , track till the resolution is provided Contact clients to provide update & follow up as when required Develop and nurture working relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including clients , internal parties , managers , and the Operations team .
You should have :
Excellent communication skills in English , both written and verbal Excellent customer servicing skills 1 - 2 years of related experience in customer service / coordination Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating roster .
