Information technology strategies (it-strat) is in need of a project manager to join the team we are forming to implement a single sign-on (sso) solution as an enterprise capability and to serves on other projects as needed.
Client agency is dla (branch of dod).

Support an initial enterprise wide sso implementation of okta.
Serve as project manager for multiple complex task orders involving the same technology.
Assist program managers in working with the government contracting officer (ko), the task order-level task order managers, government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
Under the guidance of the program manager, manage specific task orders and ensure technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Oversee okta implementation and coordinate with subcontractors.
Be the primary poc for documentation.
Monitor and control for project success: timekeeping, qa, day to day personnel management, …
Project management certification, i.e., project management professional (pmp).
Clearable as described above.
One or more 8570 iat level iii certification: casp+ ce, ccnp security, cisa, cissp (or associate), gced, gcih, ccsp, ccna security, cysa+, gicsp, gsec, security+ ce, cnd, sscp, a+ ce, ccna-security, cnd, network+ ce.
5+ years relevant experience.
5+ years leadership experience in it with progressively higher levels of responsibility.
Ability and willingness to attend support meetings in person that will be held periodically at hq dla (fort belvoir, va) or other places in the washington, dc metropolitan area.
Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strongly preferred: it-ii security clearance or current national agency check with local agency check and credit check (naclc).
Experience in identity, credential, and access management (icam); single sign-on (sso); common access card (cac), or identity access management (iam).
