As a sales coordinator with icast you will work closely with one or more business development managers to support the sale of energy efficiency retrofits for multifamily propertiesIn this role you will assist in maintaining customer and project information in icast’s crm & project management software and working with icast’s technical, construction, and accounting departments to develop and deliver retrofit contracts to icast’s customersSuccessful sales coordinators will have the opportunity to train and advance into higher level roles within the company.

Your typical day might include these activities:
Providing administrative support to icast outside sales staff (bdms)
Collaborating with multiple internal departments to assist in project development
Interfacing with external customers as needed to support project development and utility rebate submissions.
Utilizing existing forms and processes to develop and administer project contracts
Maintaining salesforce crm
Maintaining project information in smartsheet
Location: remote in the u.s.a.
Reports to: director of sales
Skill level: intermediate, 2-3 years sales and/or customer service experience
Areas of expertise: account management, customer service, administrative support
Must have qualifications:
2-3 years of account management experience
Proficiency with microsoft office suite (m365)
Proficiency with salesforce crm
Experience with energy efficiency construction (sales/administration)
Experience with administering contracts
Familiarity with smartsheet project management software
Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000/year (doe)
