What`s a producer at hook?
We are seeking a producer to join our high-growth, creative organizationWork amongst our exceptional team on a diverse range of digital marketing needs for popular brandsThe producer is responsible for all creative deliverables, managing client expectations, and overall client satisfactionThese responsibilities include managing internal and external stakeholders, project scopes, task timelines, operating budgets, required staff/resources, and overall quality of the resulting deliverable: project discovery, resource allocation, creative development, technical production, and quality assurance.
What you`ll do
Define scope of projects (staffing/resources, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
Manage interdisciplinary team and help evolve creative concepts
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients
Keep projects on track through clear task lists, prioritizations, and meeting notes
Lead efficient meetings and conference calls with the ability to effectively set up the presentation of creative work
Clearly communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team
Work with production & company leadership in maintaining and drafting production department and inter-company process documentation & training materials
What you`ll need
Familiarity with different digital production process and workstreams
Ability to manage both internal creative teams as well as client
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Comfortable with ambiguity / shifting priorities / juggling more than one project at a time
Positive and collaborative attitude
