1-3 years of experience in marketing
At least 1 year of experience with programmatic media buying using clickcast or a similar tool
Experience with business intelligence tools such as tableau preferred
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter, eager to learn new tools
Experience with sql is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field
Manage job board media buying efforts for caregiver recruitment
Execute and implement media buying campaigns across at least two business units
Measure campaigns’ kpis, analyze data to inform media buying strategy, and report performance to key stakeholders
Manage multiple high priority initiatives, and work cross-functionally with different team members and stakeholders
Assist marketing team developing copy for ads
Assist in brainstorming to develop new marketing acquisition strategies
Contribute to implementation efforts of a variety of marketing initiatives supporting brand awareness
