Essential functions
Identify and execute test coverage to support kubernetes containerized microservice applications Develop and maintain functional automation test framework and scripts for ux and rest api interfaces Isolate, verify, and report software defects Report status on coding projects, test execution, application stability, and release readiness to scrum team Perform all other duties as requested or assigned
Education and/or experience to perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
Minimum 8 years of software test automation experience and strong scrum experience Skilled in building automation solutions for microservices, web and desktop applications Advanced experience with selenium web driver Experience building restful api automation solutions using postman/rest sharp/rest assured Strong c# (.net) and java expertise Expert in building test automation suites using nunit/testng/junit framework Solid knowledge of xpath, csspath, html, xml, json structures Hands on experience of automating tests for responsive web applications Have implemented test automation solutions running on multiple threads using sauce labs/browser stack/containers/kubernetes Experience handling 3rd party integrations Advanced experience with ci/cd project’s involving jenkins/team city/ms devops tools. Intermediate level sql language expertise Familiar with messaging-based platforms (e.g., kafka) a plus Mortgage industry and/or financial services experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, effectively manage time, and complete work with minimal supervision
