Position purpose -
Project analyst will lead in planning, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating, managing, supporting and implementing small to large size projectsWhich include creating, tracking and executing project work plans and as wells as project revisions to meet business changing needs and requirementsCommunicates report out of project status and issues to leadership in a timely and effective mannerOversight on tactical tasks related to the project team, deliverables and scopeEffectively applies project management methodology and enforces project standards to ensure high quality standards related to the project deliverablesActively seeks to eliminate business exposure to projected related risks by using change and risk management methodology.
Project analyst key responsibilities
Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches
Identify the goals and requirements of each project
Collect the necessary information required to start projects
Maintain project time frames, objectives, and communications
Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
Lead and manage project resources
Major tasks, responsibilities and key accountabilities
20% project/request discovery and planning efforts.
20% perform data gathering, validation and analytical tasks.
20% manipulate/load data, prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reporting.
20% receive, prioritize and execute ad hoc requests to produce documents for team and leadership to review and utilize.
20% build skills and knowledge including self-development, team and internal customer knowledge

Position reports to manager operations process - call center
Environmental job requirements
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Minimum qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the united states.

Education required: the knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor`s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
Years of relevant work experience: 3 years
Physical requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move aboutOn rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
