The role of an inside sales center supervisor is an important and flexible one within the sales centerThis is an entry level sales leadership position where the individual will perform a variety of duties, including daily production management of medicare agents, monitoring kpis, real-time interaction during the sales process, and assisting in training and aep preparationThe perfect candidate will be able to easily flex between the sales and leadership roles.
Healthcare.com is looking for individuals who “lead by example” and who are capable of helping the inside sales team exceed their sales goalsFor this role, the individual must be adept at coaching to performance by using reporting tools, product knowledge, and sales strategies.

What you’ll do:
Lead and manage a sales team, motivating and coaching to achieve top performance
Host 1-on-1’s and team meetings
Keep up-to-date with business development and new product lines
Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving slas
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
Use company methodology, team input and your own initiative to ensure attendance and performance targets are achieved
Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary
Support the sales operations team to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement
Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
Support the director of sales to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture
Keep up-to-date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team
Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
Escalate any appropriate problems to sales leadership
What you have:
Energetic coaching and communication skills
Preferred at least 2 years of experience within a sales center environment as a team lead or coach
Must be a subject matter expert in medicare
Must hold an active health insurance license certification
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
Skilled at motivating individuals and teams to achieve sales goals
Must be proficient with current enrollment technologies, including but not limited to agent cloud and dialing systems
