Basic function
Responsible for identifying, contacting and building relationships with mid-size clients who
Would impact a decision or execution of health and wellness products and services; schedule and
Conduct webinars for assigned clients to ensure the client has a complete understanding of
Products and services throughout the organization; develop and maintain an understanding of
Client`s business in order to recommend additional opportunities for business segment products
And services that help achieve client`s strategic health and wellness goals; monitor health and
Wellness industry trends and best practices, making recommendations to management for
Incorporation into existing products and services
Major job accountabilities
Account management functions - responsible for building and maintaining client
Relationships with assigned clients (mid-size) which includes continually reviewing products and
Services utilized by client and offering additions services for continued revenue growth while
Ensuring adherence to established corporate and departmental policies and procedures
*identify, contact and build relationships with mid-size clients who would impact a decision or
Execution of health and wellness products and services
*schedule and conduct meetings with assigned clients in order to maintain relationship and
Identify revenue opportunities which includes face-to-face meeting according to established
Schedule (e.g., biannually, etc.)
*continually identify and make recommendations for additional health and wellness products or
Services, outlining benefits, pricing and implementation process
*present reports to stakeholders (e.g., brokers, clients, etc.) ensuring to escalate any inquiries to
Appropriate department via phone or video conferencing
*as required, conduct tours or visits of headquarters office for current and prospective clients
Interested in health product and services
*develop and maintain an understanding of client`s business in order to recommend additional
Opportunities for business segment products and services that help achieve client`s strategic
Health and wellness goals
*attend meetings with internal departments (e.g., account management, sales, etc.) on a
Quarterly basis ensuring to implement any changes to procedures or workflow
*schedule and conduct webinars for assigned clients to ensure the client has a complete
Understanding of products and services throughout the organization
*continuously evaluate the overall revenue growth of mid-size accounts and recommend and
Implement methods of increasing the revenue potential
*participate in development of client communications plan which may include e-mails, calls, onsite visits, marketing materials, etc.
*as required, attend client vendor summits ensuring to make recommendations on sales best
Practices to management
*monitor health and wellness industry trends and best practices, making recommendations to
Management for incorporation into existing products and services
*communicate with internal departments (e.g., executive management, marketing, client
Services, sales, etc.) to ensure clients expectations are met
*ensure member services sold to client are implemented and running according to established
Timeframes and budget, working with management as needed to resolve escalated issues
*maintain a knowledge of internal workflow and processes of various functional areas in order
To identify obstacles to meeting client needs and to provide assigned client with realistic
Expectations with regard to business unit`s capabilities
*communicate client, market or industry trends, business unit deficiencies or competitive
Knowledge gained through client interaction with executive management to maintain position in
The market
*ensure established revenue goals are met which includes keeping management up-to-date on
Sales forecasts and revenue that may be at risk
*exercise excellent customer service to maximize each contact with the client
Client relationships - establish an excellent working relationship with clients, continuously
Striving to improve the business relationship and level of overall service west is providing
* proactively offer consultative advice to management, detailing how program may be enhanced
* ensure the unique needs of the client are understood and identify improvements needed to
Enhance business relationships, increase revenue, and exceed the client`s expectations
* perform quality review of services provided
* review trends and customer complaints to evaluate efficiency of work flow and current
Methods and procedures
* identify trends indicating the need to revise existing methods and procedures
Interfaces - proactively strive to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all work flow
Interfaces in order to exceed established business goals and objectives
* develop partnership with executive management, internal departments, and external contacts
* continuously evaluate interfaces with other departments, divisions, and the efficiency and
Effectiveness of work flow between areas of responsibility
* identify processes where improvements can be made and take timely action
* solicit input from all internal sources to assess areas for improvement in meeting expectations
* perform quality review of services being provided identifying trends indicating the need to
Revise existing methods and procedures
* continuously remain educated on processes and procedures in order to identify obstacles to
Meeting business needs

Minimum qualifications
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education
* bachelor`s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business
Administration, communication, marketing, or a related field required
* equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational
