The role: support engineer
Location: remote, san francisco, ca, irving, texas
About this role:
As a support engineer, your day to day will involve monitoring the use of, troubleshooting and assisting internal/external users of our various ios and web applicationsWe believe our technology should be a transparent means to connect healthcare professionals and students, and the support engineer is a key individual in keeping that connection humming.

Your background:

2+ years of experience supporting enterprise or b2c native applications and web applications.
Experience with a project management tool such as jira, linear, zendesk.
Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
Experience testing direct to consumer, enterprise and internal applicationsBackground in qa is a plus.
