Position summary: the ediscovery junior recruiter is responsible for recruitment activities, including but not limited to, interviewing attorneys and other legal support personnel for job placement, and working closely with project managers and other haystackid personnel to craft strong review teams and find candidates for temporary and permanent positionsResponsibilities include providing administrative support to recruiting, human resources, and managed review teams.
Essential job duties:
Work with members of the managed review and human resources teams to support staffing, onboarding and separation activities for temporary employees.
Serve as the point person for maintenance of facilitiesLiaise with facility management, vendors including cleaning and security services.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate confidential employee records.
Maintain employee and applicant tracking systems.
Assist in the preparation and processing of pre-employment, onboarding and separation documents.
Conduct internal audits of various hr documentation and follow-up to collect missing documents.
Assist with the posting of career opportunities on various job boards.
