Analyst, sales enablement
Business analyst plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales cultureThe analyst, sales enablement reports to the vice president, sales enablement and assists corporate and regional hubs in achieving their goalsThis individual will be working out of our corporate headquarters in chicago to deliver ongoing sales initiatives to hub region locationsThe analyst, sales enablement thrives working in an entrepreneurial environment—bringing forth and implementing new ideas and solutionsAnalyst, sales enablement has the ability to take a project and run with it while adding in their own innovative solutions and ideasAdditionally this position is responsible for the analysis of producer data (revenue, pipeline, attrition, etc.) utilizing internal and external data sources, reporting and research toolsThey will also track key prospecting initiatives utilizing the hub crm system and track revenue generationThe desired location for this position is chicago, however, there may be flexibility to offer remote or partially remote work.
Responsibilities
Financial management and reporting:
Generate reports in powerbi, excel and other similar tools based on collected data
Identify trends within the data and identify types of data needed to track
Monitor data that is being entered into crm and provide summary data/reporting;
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of sales growth initiatives;
Track revenue and productivity of prospecting activities and user adoption.
Reporting on data in microsoft dynamics, seismic, and other data sources
Critically evaluates information from multiple sources and clearly indicates quality of final analysis;
Communicates complex data in comprehensible ways;
Determines, implements, and evaluates business metrics to meet ongoing organizational needs;
Analyzes and reports on complex data;
Maintains producer data to create monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
Business development analysis:
Performs research and data analysis regarding hub prospect opportunities;
Tracks sales opportunity kpi’s and success;
Coordinates and interfaces with it, operations and other departments;
Helps track success in crm and other tools.
Sales enablement:
Create new flows in powerautomate for use in microsoft dynamics 365 by leveraging dataverse connections and custom variable formula writing
Participates in user testing and upgrade process, and ensure that business objectives are met;
Identifies and understand user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs;
Tests and / or vets new technologies and applications to support sales enablement;
Conducts on-going technology tools and resources implementation and support;
Collaborates with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technology problems and resolve them.
Other job-related duties as assigned and/or as needed.
Requirements
Competent and comfortable with sales pipeline and automation technology with an emphasis on dynamics 365; powerbi; powerautomate; excel; and powerpoint;
Advanced excel skills including v-lookups, macros, power query;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Professional, credible and detail oriented with a high sense of urgency;
Sales support mentality/desire to win/ability to understand numbers and communicate them effectively;
Ability to effectively present information in easy to digest formats to team leadership and field sales teams
Understand business needs and know how to create the processes and tools to manage them.
Education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
4-7 years’ experience in analysis or operations support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with microsoft office suite of products – including dynamics crm
Preferred but not required, experience with python
