Manages administrative duties to ensure on-time completion which include but, not limited to: one-on-one meetings with staff, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, timecards, attendance occurrences (ao’s) and paid time off (pto) administration.

Performs all other duties as assigned, which may vary at any time with or without notice.
Ability to lead, manage, and motivate others through clear communication, collaboration, direct engagement, and servant leadership.
High level of proficiency in ms office and the ability to quickly learn new software applications required in the performance of job duties.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of government and private insurance payors, including medicare and medicaid documentation guidelines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to multi-task and work successfully in a fast-paced environment, including being able to adapt readily to frequent changes in procedure and priorities.
Education/ experience bachelor's degree strongly preferredHigh school diploma/ged requiredTwo or more years of managing documentation teams within the healthcare industry
Must be able speak and listen to customers and teammates using company provided phone.
Requires long periods of sitting using a headset or internet phone
Must be able to type and enter information into computer programs
