We’re looking for an amazing group customer service agent to join our brand, cunard which is based in our santa clarita, ca officeCunard is one of the oldest and most famous ocean liners in the worldYou’ll be responsible for assisting in communicating cunard policy and process using company resources to provide accurate informationIncluding future cruise credit processes as well as working closely with yield management, sales, and marketing teams.
Here’s a summary of what cunard is looking for in its group customer service agentIs this you?
Monitors, updates and refunds future cruise credits
Assists reservations team members with all inquiries by answering calls, messages and emails.
Provides accurate and up to date information on policies and procedures including working knowledge of the cunard brand, booking policies and systems.
Assists in troubleshooting and resolving issues with reservations agentsEscalates unresolved issues to next level of contact including supervisors
Performs administrative/clerical duties required by department supervisors as well as contacts relevant departments for related issues and requests (yield, marketing, revenue support etc)
Quickly alerts necessary departments of any website errors or other technical issues.
Strong drive to provide excellent service and experience with a prioritization of tasks and responsibilities
Keeps track of general call questions and complaints and be able to make suggestions on how to improve customer service
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma/ged, leadership and engagement skills, or equivalent experience
Minimum of one-year experience in positions in the area of customer service or sales.
Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in the use of computer business applications such as microsoft office, polar reservations system
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated since you will be working remotely
Organizational skills and the ability to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines preferred
Must be able to travel to santa clarita, ca office on occasion, as well as be available to work weekends
Must be legally authorized to work in the united statesPrincess/cunard is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., h-1b status).
