Responsibilities will include:
Advise federal clients in improving internal controls over financial reporting and meeting the requirements of related federal guidance and requirements, including: omb circular a-123, appendix a and c, the gao green book, the chief financial officers act of 1990, federal managers’ financial integrity act of 1982 (fmfia), and improper payments elimination and recovery improvement act (iperia).
Participate in client-facing discussions and meetings
Produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables
Create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations
Support management control programs
Develop corrective action plans, and executing remediation with a focus on internal controls over financial reporting and managing financial statement assertions
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Knowledge of fiscam and nist
Cisa certification is a plus
Additional requirements:
The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described
Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully covid-19 vaccinated at time of hire
