General job description:
The lead software developer will provide code and manage a team of developers to solve the complex challenges of building high performance, decision support systemsWith great problem solving and communication skills, the lead software developer will architect systems, provide mentorship, and feedback to development staff, and lead agile ceremonies for fast paced software design, development, and deploymentThis position works extensively on data integration and reporting projects.
Essential functions:

Lead the product development team using agile methodology and scrum practices
Schedule and facilitate scrum events and meetings, including sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
Supervise development staff
Provide feedback to executive management on technology choices, technology resources, and status of active projects
Assist the product manager and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain documentation and develop/update sops as needed to ensure soc2 compliance
Code solutions using appropriate languages while helping to drive the improvement of internal coding standards and best practices
Work on fast iteration cycles and tight deadlines using an agile/scrum methodology
Experience working with datasets that exceed 300 million rows.
Study system flow, data usage and user workflows to develop solutions for both internal and external customers
Ensure the robustness, performance, and failure characteristics of the system
Requirements:
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Strong leadership skills
Experience working in an agile environment
Comfortable with html, css, javascript and javascript libraries, and bootstrap
Strong object-oriented programming skills
Understanding of json and ajax
N-tier design and programming
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Exceptional problem solving & debugging skills
Proficient in microsoft office
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in cs, mis or cis or related field or equivalent job-related experience.
3+ years experience as a scrum master or similar role
3+ years t-sql
5+ years c# and asp.net programming
Mvc experience
Data integration applications experience
Cross platform application development and integration experience
Ticketing system experience
Linux/kubernetes experience a plus
Certified scrum master preferred
