The tribal health strategic sales executive is responsible for taking greenway health’s technology and service solutions to the unique tribal health marketThis will be accomplished using technical, organizational, and relationship building skills while working with both current and future clientsThey will have an assigned quota and will be responsible for a comprehensive, full-cycle, solution sales process including: creative lead generation, discovery, needs analysis, building vision, proving value, negotiations, and closings.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Begins and nurtures revenue generating opportunities by developing key markets and cultivating long term relationships with senior level current/future client contacts
Provides ongoing support to product distribution channel
Assists with the development of sales strategies which maximize existing relationships and identifies new opportunities
Functions as the primary point of contact for current/future clients prior to project initiation
Negotiates with current/future clients on a variety of financial and delivery-related issues
Communicates on a regular basis with appropriate internal leadership
Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
Executes business plan for assigned territory
Generates new business leads, follows up on marketing campaigns, and sets up qualified appointments with prospects
Conduct/lead demonstration presentations/meetings in tandem with greenway health product consultants
Keeps all account and prospect information timely and up to date in the firm’s crm system for prospect/client/sales tracking purposes
Meets assigned sales quota in territory
Work in a synergistic fashion with inside/field sales counterpart(s)
At least 3 years of proven success in direct outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Working knowledge of salesforce
Sales experience with large scale solutions
Proficient in conducting presentations to current/future client senior management/c-suite
Residing within the assigned territory is required
Skills and knowledge
In depth understanding of key technology and healthcare concepts required to sell complex solutions
Ability to clearly articulate business issues and solutions and negotiate at client senior management/c-suite level
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
Broad knowledge of, and an interest in, healthcare industry challenges, products, and services
A team player with a positive attitude and approach
