Developing within an agile scrum team along other pega team members to build innovative business automation solutions
Prepares detailed design user and technical flows.
Designs, codes, tests, and debugs, work items.
Collaborates with the architecture team for design approvals
Consults with operational users or other it professionals to resolve production issues
Provides estimates for planned work.
Maintains and develops business knowledge and customer relationships.
May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
At least 4 years of experience in pega prpc application development
Pega certified system architect certification (csa)
Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal english communication skills
Experience in java and/or .net development
Ability to create and explain technical design flows
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Pega certified senior system architect certification (cssa)
Experience with pega version 8.4 and above
Experience working within a scrum team
Experience with rally or jira
