We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our talent and organization (tao) team as an employment brand manager, focused on building and optimizing the employment brand experience across the employee lifecycle - from the first time someone learns about us until they become an alumniYou will be responsible for driving awareness and engagement with our employment brand across online marketing channels, awards and recognition programs and uniquely defined experiences to attract and retain extraordinary talentYou will support program management for our deib (diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging) efforts including community partnerships with local nonprofits. To be successful in this role, you are a strong relationship-builder and creative story-teller who seeks to understand what motivates our team members and makes our company special and reinforce those attributes through internal and external communications, activities and experiences.
External employment brand (40%)
Develop recruitment-focused content and marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement among target candidates and current employees across online marketing channels, coordinating with corporate marketing efforts for alignment and consistency of brand experience Craft employment brand social media posts and partner with corporate marketing on social brand marketing Manage and continually update all online company profiles and careers pages to showcase our employer brand in an engaging and up-to-date manner Apply for awards and drive our company recognition program to build our external brand as a great employer Leverage analytics tools to establish, monitor and report on per-channel kpis and apply insights to continually refine and refresh our approach Establish and manage budget to drive high roi for external employment brand efforts
Internal employment brand (30%)
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the employee value proposition (evp) is reinforced consistently throughout all experiences that touch the employee lifecycle - from pre-start communications and new hire orientation, through all of our people processes Develop creative and innovative ways to bring the evp to life in distinctive ways for current employees including but not limited to internal awards, events, traditions, and swag Inspire candidates and employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, sharing our story and amplifying our influence in authentic ways
Deib (diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging) program management (30%)
Program management for company-wide deib efforts ensuring strategy, programs and activities are aligned, coordinated and making progress towards our company goals Partner closely with our company ergs (employee resource groups) to ensure they are supported, coordinated and successful Manage and facilitate creation of community partnerships that enhance and expand our deib impact and provide meaningful ways for our employees to volunteer Report out progress towards our deib goals for the company
5+ years relevant marketing, consulting and/or employee experience/hr-related experience Strong credibility and track record of effectively driving large-scale company initiatives; in support of key hr and talent acquisition priorities is a plus Creative storyteller with a demonstrated ability to bring a brand’s distinctive value to life through testimonials and other proof points that create an emotional connection Skilled in marketing strategy, creative development and execution - including social media, digital marketing, and collateral development Analytical in assessing the impact of employment branding efforts, applying data-driven insights to craft increasingly effective campaigns and strategies Ability to prioritize and drive multiple deliverables through execution with minimal supervision, working effectively with cross-functional teams Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment; experience working on internal diversity initiatives is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility to positively contribute in a fast-paced work environment Bachelor’s degree required
