Gather proposals, blueprints, and specifications
Computes job costs for various incoming and ongoing jobs
Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Must have ms office related knowledge
Experience with carlson takeoff or similar software
Strong computer skills (microsoft outlook, excel, and adobe acrobat), organizational skills, time management, problem solving, accountability, data entry and attention to details are necessary
Works well in a fast-paced industry
Versatile in work: must be able to work independently, as a team, in the office and in the field as needed.
Ability to read and scale architectural drawings
