About us: if you like to tick all the boxes and obsess over coordinating complex projects, this may be the role for youOur training and business transformation coordinator is responsible for training execution and managing divisional coordinators to ensure successful in-person and virtual training deliveryThis position requires a high level of organizational communication across the businessYou will manage training calendars, virtual and in-person training sessions, conference calls, travel, correspondence, and budget on top of other special projects as neededResponsibilities & qualifications: what you will do:
Assist with executing and adhering to the overall training schedule
Manage scheduling of training, invitations, enrollment, and coordinating responses with trainers
Develop reports and presentations regarding training needs and deployment
Coordinate courseware production, distribution, and update lms (workday) with all training courses
Prepare tracking reports on enrollment, attendance, web based training completion, and evaluations for training courses
Monitor and report on kpis and key metricsReview for trends and makes recommendations for improvements and efficiencies
Monitor help desk tickets and assess need for training refresh and delivery methodMakes recommendations for training updates
Continue preparation and enrollment activities for post-go-live training, as needed
Assists department staff with special projects and preparations.
Coordinate the following activities with onsite resources for all one deployment locations:
Manage local site coordinators
Identify on and/ or off site training facilities/ classrooms
Reserve training facilities/ classrooms
Confirm pc/ training medium allocation requirements
Secure appropriate supplies needed (binders, writing implements, etc.)
Prepare rooms for training and make sure necessary materials, supplies, and equipment are in place for each class
Support the resolution of any technical issues encountered during training sessions by identifying the appropriate resource
Our ideal candidate will have:
Four or more years experience in the capacity of a project manager or executive assistant with responsibility, complexity and initiative, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
An associate`s degree in business or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Advanced excel skills (vlookups and pivot table)
Strong google apps experience (chrome, gmail, calendar, docs, sheets, slides, drive, etc...)
Previous training experience within workday or other lms preferred
The ability to travel across the us and canada (international) to coordinate in-person training sessions
