Account executive

As a goody account executive, you will have the opportunity to be one of the earliest key members of our sales organizationYou will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition via outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline and providing value throughout the sales cycle to closeYou should be comfortable in all aspects of the customer journey and thrive in a fast paced environmentWe`re looking for candidates who are customer centric, like to think outside the box and are ready to hit the ground running!
Responsibilities:
Be the ceo of your book of business - research and thoughtfully prospect into your accounts by identifying key contacts and opportunities for goody to add value
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Close net new smb business with a high velocity
Follow rules of engagement and internal sales processes
Have a customer centric mindset focused on building and maintaining relationships with our customers via email, phone and virtual meetings
Execute on expected outbound metrics - we are a remote, flexible environment but trust our employees to hit the goals we`ve established
Bring a `one-team` mindset to work and help keep goody an exceptional place to work
Be the voice of the customer and share feedback to product, customer experience, merchandising and partnership teams
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years in a closing role, sdr/bdr experience required
Demonstrated ability to generate and manage sales pipeline
Willingness to work in a fast paced but exciting startup environment and take challenges and pivots in stride
Must be disciplined in prioritization, executing on task management and responding to leads in a timely manner
A team player who can also work independently and deliver results in our remote culture
Must be passionate about providing value to our customers
Salesforce experience a plus
