Meet the fuel sales team:
The fuel sales team supports getupside`s largest industry vertical, with over 25,000 merchants across 48 states, and even as we expand into new verticals, fuel is integral to our growth strategy, new market launch plans, and product developmentGetupside is rapidly growing and positioned to be the next growth engine for brick and mortar merchants! we`re looking for experienced and highly-motivated sales professionals to join our growing field sales teamThis position will be responsible for driving new business and upselling existing accounts within select territories and or named accounts.
What you`ll do:
Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets (quota-carrying role)
Drive customer adoption of the getupside platform, services, and solutions to prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organizations
Become a two-sided marketplace expert to effectively explain how getupside delivers value to our customers
Implement and launch getupside with clients and ensure strong and consistent relationships
Maintain an accurate and predictable pipeline in salesforce
Strategically map out petroleum wholesaler prospects and opportunities in an assigned geographic territory, as well as sourcing and contacting new petroleum wholesaler prospects to book appointments for introductory sales conversationsAdditionally, you will deliver sales pitches and product demonstrations virtually, in person, and in group presentation format
Build and maintain relationships to influence the long-term strategic direction
Use data to communicate value and opportunity throughout your sales process
Partner with account management to identify and convert upsell opportunities with existing clients
Attend industry events to network with prospects and promote getupside`s solutions
Own your numbers to consistently meet and exceed goals to build a fruitful pipeline that will provide consistent quota attainment
What you need:
3-7 years in a full sales cycle role: prospecting, pitching & closing in a sophisticated, fast paced environment
Successful track record of achieving/exceeding quotas
Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and present solutions
A strong desire to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
Experience operating sales technology tools, such as salesforce, google suite, outreach, gong, etc.
Confident, eloquent, and effective public-speaking skills, with the ability to speak to both formal and casual audiences
Passion for your own professional and self-development
Willingness to travel up to 25% post-covid
Bachelor`s degree or higher preferred
