The position:
The ideal candidate will be the point-person on performing product demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders within get coveredHe/she will identify new market opportunities while maintaining expert knowledge of get covered’s software product offeringsBy shepherding new sales initiatives from idea to execution with enthusiasm, this person will be playing a key role in growing get covered as a company.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations to potential and existing customers
Maintain product knowledge and demo understanding to effectively position, demo and sell company offerings
Provide coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
Lead demand-generating marketing activities
Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer personnel
Minimum qualifications (knowledge, skills and abilities):
Effective communication: can easily provide any necessary information to employees and vendors
Attention to detail: thorough and accurate when working on tasks
Analytical: can gather information and provide actionable insights on customer data
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business-related field required, or at least 3+ years of client-facing experience in b2b company
Saas experience preferred not not required
