In this role you will be responsible for managing our go-to-market, sales, delivery, and marketing activities within the americas region
You will manage, lead, and grow our us team that sells, markets, and delivers qda applications
You will join our global qda leadership team, helping to scale and grow our enterprise and mid-market businesses
Build and intensify business relationships and be a constant companion to our existing corporate clients
Take ownership of the entire (sales) process responsibility, from the preparation of the offer to the elaboration and implementation to the negotiation strategy and the conclusion of the contract for our software product qda x
You permanently observe all relevant industry and market developments and identify up- and cross-selling potentials also in relation to our partner companies
Provide input to product management from a geographical perspective on your client and market needs
You love sales, your ambition is tireless, and you have already proven your success in previous sales and/or general management positions
Your focus has been on the sale of software solutions, whereby your experience in quality management and quality management software came in handy
Experience leading cross-functional teams including pre-sales, consulting and support
Due to your communicative and engaging personality, you identify customer needs and visions and recognize potentials, which you incorporate into the sales process
As a proactive networker you use all internal resources (local in the us or in our german hq) for the development of holistic customer solutions (solution selling)
