Gpj is looking for an integrated associate producer to support the integrated production team in delivering in support of a very cool technology clientThis role is a part of a retained team within a client org which presents a very unique opportunity to become an expert in this client`s operating structure and work within a specific portfolio of events.

The integrated associate producer may act as either a project lead cross functionally or a workstream lead on larger scoped projectsThis person will be responsible for the overall success of a number of simultaneous events.
Here are some of the responsibilities you will have in this role:
When acting as project lead:
Lead all pre-production efforts across multiple workstreams (internal and client facing) including responsibility for preparing prior to meetings and sending post meeting recaps with relevant ais
Prepare post event reports, slides presentations, sheets tracking spreadsheets and other client communications, correspondence and documents
Effectively lead clients and client calls while setting expectations throughout project life cycle
Manage deadlines of cross functional teams
Owns budget end-to-end
Ability to spearhead creative and strategic development across project
Creation of run of show or production schedules
Lead all teams during day-of event support, digitally as well as onsite, when deemed appropriate
Responsible for final reconciliation of projects / budgets
Produce events across the americas and globally
Initiate and oversee communications for internal and external resources including but not limited to, client and speaker comms, email marketing, website copy, etcManage external agency partners, livestream vendors, event agencies and freelancers.
Work with xft to study post-event and marketing artifacts data to determine how best to improve our activities
Manage internal processes such as marketing legal approval for registration, event platforms, speakers and decks
When acting as work stream lead:
End to end management of specific work stream or large elements of project scope
Manage deadlines of work stream
Support in creation of run of show or production schedules
Lead dedicated work streams during day-of event support, digitally as well as onsite, when deemed appropriate
Responsible for final reconciliation of projects areas
Provides oversight into vendor relationships alongside project support
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Create and update estimates and timelines and share details with the team
Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity and within the guidelines of what is directed.
On occasion, respond to and take action on requests beyond standard work hours, including evenings and weekends
Digital event experience is a plus!
Expected travel between 10-25% depending on nature of events (virtual vsHybrid/live)
Proficiency with the g suite of tools including docs, sheets, slides, mail, calendar, chat & meet
