Reporting to the director of applications and development, the it programmer analyst provides system support for the administrative software systems of the universityThe position will assist with the development, configuration, administration, upgrade, and integration of applications within the university’s erp and data portfoliosThis position will ensure compliance with all usm and fsu policy and procedure as well as any audit requirementsOther work-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fieldBasic understanding of enterprise software applications, sql, and data reportingExperience with one or more programming/scripting languages.
Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience.
Previous experience serving in a developer or analyst role in workday and/or peoplesoft erp environmentsTraining and/or experience with data integrations and ipaas solutionsPrevious experience developing/supporting applications on-premise and in the cloud.
