Full job description
As part of our growing creative team, we are looking to bring on a talented creative producer as our first in-house production team memberYou’ll be producing video content intended for social media platforms (facebook, instagram, snapchat, tiktok, and youtube) with strategies based on either past “winning ads” or new ideasThe footage you obtain will be passed on to a post-production team for final executionThe ideal candidate is one that is familiar with all parts of the production process, knows how to direct non-professional actors, and welcomes a fast-paced environment where the majority of content is shot on an iphone.
Responsibilities
Brainstorming advertising strategies for our brands
Writing short scripts for social media video ads
Finding and casting local talent for shoots
Directing talent on-set to ensure authentic delivery
Obtaining user-generated style footage effective for social media
Working with our creative and growth teams to develop roadmap for needs and strategies to produce high-converting content
Requirements
2+ years of video production experience
Strong pre-production skills
Understanding of social media advertising
Access to an iphone for filming purposes
Proficiency with google suite
Strong attention to detail and an eye for catching mistakes
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
