Enterprise Support Engineer
We’re looking for a technically-minded and eloquent individual who can help bridge the gap between product and our enterprise customers.
As an Enterprise Support Engineer, you’ll provide world-class technical support for our enterprise team and accounts. As the subject matter expert on design and prototyping, you’ll work directly with customers to coordinate bug reports and fixes. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to share your knowledge and experiences to ultimately improve our business and our customers’ success.What you’ll do
