As an organization, we work to meet the mental health care needs of our members wherever they are, via virtual or in-person visitsThe director of business development will expand foresight`s ability to reach new members through developing enterprise relationships with businesses that help advance our purpose and goals on a national level.
In this role, you`ll develop enterprise programs that provide future business partners with scalable mental health solutionsProgram development will include pricing, service-level standardization and timely reporting in coordination with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time, salaried role.
What you`ll do
Manage foresight`s long-term pipeline by aggressively looking for strategic relationships and long-term commitments nationally
Manage and conduct targeted outreach to potential partners, and conduct meetings and presentations with business partner executives
Manage ongoing relationships with existing and new partners to ensure successful implementation, and continue to support partners with regular reporting and coordination with internal teams
Build and maintain an extensive network of industry leaders, advisors, customers and prospects, and facilitate introductions between internal and external executives and key decision-makers with targeted prospects
Develop enterprise programs that provide future business partners with scalable mental health solutions
Partner with internal stakeholders critical to successfully closing enterprise accounts (e.g., finance, legal, real estate, operations, product, marketing, etc.)
What you`ll bring
Bachelor`s degree in business administration or related field; master`s degree preferred
Seven to 10 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships roles
Multi-state experience, with mental health industry experience preferred
What you`ll receive
Competitive salary between $120k - $170k, based on experience
