Full job description
As a regional sales manager , you will drive sales for several products, including real-time radiation monitoring for physicians/clinicians (raysafe i3) and patients (landauer microstarii), environmental radiation detection (raysafe 452 radiation survey meter), and a radiation dose management software solution (landauer optimize)Your territory will include id, mt, ut, co, ne, sd, nd, mn, ia & wi; as such, travel is anticipated to be ~60-70%.
Responsibilities:
Create and deploy a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships in order to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.
Drive demand for and adoption of products in order to achieve revenue sales targets.
Participate in regional tradeshows/expos and support product demos and in-services.
Optimize cycle time by using the crm to maintain customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in healthcare/biomed/medical device sales; experience calling on hospitals highly preferred
Lives in or is willing to relocate to a state within the territory
Knowledge of crm tools, specifically microsoft dynamics
