The relationship manager serves as the center point for new and existing complex clients and will be responsible for helping to manage these portfolios in conjunction with the business development officersThe rm establishes and maintains a “trusted advisor” relationship with clients based on knowledgeable advice that is aligned to the clients’ business objectives and life-cycleActing as a part of the customer experience team, the rm works in tandem with internal partners (i.eOperations, technology and sales) to ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon time-frames, with full ownership of end-to-end process from client commitment to revenue generation.
