Job description:
Responsibilities include assisting with daily design requests, producing longer-term visual components for various internal and external communication channels, and collaborating with business partnersThis position comes with creative freedom and the opportunity to try, test, and implement visuals for a variety of internal and external audiencesWhile this role sits within the internal comms team, this designer will have the chance to work with multiple departments within the enterprise.
Potential projects include:
Creating pdf documents
Setting the visual tone for the corporate website, our employee communication channels and various social media accounts
Upscaling powerpoint presentations for senior leaders
Creating infographics, charts, and graphs
Assisting with email design using our client, act-on.
Creating design templates
Sponsorship ad designs
Campus and in-store posters and other signage

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
Knowledge of microsoft powerpoint is strongly preferred
Ability to adapt and work seamlessly whether in-person or in a virtual environment
Ability to create simple vector art
Basic html/css and wordpress knowledge is a plus
Basic knowledge of ap style (copy editing) is preferred but not necessary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
